Physical Therapy of a different kind…
We are the first and original Northwest source space for combining the established field of physical therapy with vastly experiential and effective approaches to integral medicine.
Five distinctive differences:

     • Recognizing pain and limitation as a unique individual experience      • Evaluation of the whole self; movement, posture, stress and emotional patterns
     • Developing more efficient and resilient habits and responses
     • Combining traditional rehabilitation with respected alternative therapies;
       especially the Feldenkrais Method®
     • Restoring endurance, comfort and wholeness to reflect your personal best

Core Values: Systems Thinking and Holistic Integration

     • Interdisciplinary Learning-studying outside our field for answers not found within our field
     • Empowering & Enabling the Individual-making the most of your time
     • Composing Community
     • Expanding Accurate Perception through Direct Experience—i.e. not being sold

At Alliant, we believe physical therapy should be less about boring and redundant exercise routines and more about cultivating your unique individual development and adaptive resilient potential….to optimize your best functional recovery from injury and pain…and no longer be dependent nor reliant on external vices or gadgets as false adherences to your overall well being.

We offer something more than a pre-conditioned program for exercise routines, manual manipulation & massage, physical rehabilitation, and pain management.

Integral Medicine as a Person-Centered Reference for both Inner Perspective and Outer Expression….
Help from the Outside-in --- to generate Hope from the Inside-Out
The vast majority of health care and medical interventions—including most complementary and alternative medicine approaches—have more to do with ‘what gets done to’ or ‘delivered to’ the person. Whether applied to, handled upon, injected, ejected, or ingested or prescribed.

An integral perspective however places more emphasis on discerning ‘what the person is doing’ with more holistic consideration to an individual’s manner or quality of thinking, feeling, sensing, and overall action-ing while being in the world—including the life contexts that are non-clinical.

For situations and symptoms resulting from accident, illness, or injury…to overall gaps in recovering or enhancing everyday life functions…We are the undisputed experts at meeting people where they are, and creating developmental conditions to transform them to where they have not yet been.
